We are seeking a well-organized, highly motivated qualified, and passionate professional willing to share in our vision and join the team in the role of head of the construction division.
- Understanding written and verbal project briefs, and working alongside team members to develop plans, work schedules, and targets for projects.
- Analyzing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement.
- Streamlining processes so that Flexi-Home Ltd operates at maximum efficiency.
- Assisting with identifying, training and recruiting new staff members.
- Liaising with clients, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Updating work schedules and adjusting targets as required.
- Addressing performance issues and scheduling meetings when required.
- Motivating and inspiring staff members when morale or energy is low.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field.
- Writing up reports, and budgets and presenting findings to the relevant parties.
- Development of procedures and standard operating manuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in the construction field.
- A high school diploma may be acceptable.
- A high technical aptitude.
- Superb interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A growth mindset, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic.
- Must have worked in a managerial position in Flexi-Home Ltd for at least 3 years
